MY SUPPLEMENT CABINET

Some of the everyday wellness staples you'll find in my routine.
These are products I personally use, love or recommend.

Tried, tested & part of my journey.

Over the last 5 years, I’ve tried & tested different supplements through building phases, body recomposition, competition prep + cutting phases. These are products I’ve personally tried and found useful at different stages of my bodybuilding journey.

A little Coach Kristie reminder: supplements are exactly that, supplements. They don't replace proper nutrition, training, sleep or consistency, and what works well for me may not be right for you.
Always listen to your body, follow recommended dosages, and speak with your doctor or qualified healthcare professional before introducing a new supplement, especially if you take medication, have a health condition, are pregnant/breastfeeding, or aren't sure whether it's appropriate for you. 🩷

Creatine

Health + recovery: An easy way to increase EPA/DHA when I'm not consistently getting enough fatty fish in my diet.

Everyday wellness: A daily staple, especially during times when I'm not getting much sunlight.

Omega-3

Beta Alanine

Training performance: One of my favourites for hard, high-intensity workouts. It can help improve muscular endurance during intense efforts—and yes, this is the one that can give you that familiar tingly feeling!

Magnesium

Recovery + routine: One I like in my evening routine to support normal muscle function and help me wind down.

DIM

CLA

Strength + muscle: One of my year-round staples to support training performance, strength and building/maintaining lean muscle.

Glutamine

Recovery + amino acid support: An amino acid I’ve used around demanding training phases as part of my recovery routine.

Vitamin D3&K2

Hormone metabolism support: Something I’ve used during different phases of my bodybuilding journey to support normal estrogen metabolism. It isn’t a fat-loss supplement, and hormone-related supplements are definitely ones to discuss with your healthcare provider.

L-Carnitine

Energy metabolism: Helps transport fatty acids into mitochondria where they can be used for energy. I’ve included it during training + cutting phases, but it isn’t a shortcut to fat loss.

Body-comp support: Something I’ve experimented with during cutting phases. CLA is often marketed for body composition, but research on meaningful fat-loss benefits is mixed, nutrition + training still do the heavy lifting.
