2. What’s included in the 8-Week Build & Burn Program?
5 workouts/week (home or gym), follow-along videos, weekly check-ins, progress tracking, nutrition guidance, and access to the FeelFab community.
3. Do I need special equipment to follow the programs?
No! Programs are adaptable for home or gym setups, from dumbbells to resistance bands or full equipment.
4. What’s included in 1:1 Online Coaching?
Fully customized workouts, optional nutrition coaching, weekly check-ins, unlimited messaging, video form reviews, and accountability support.
5. How are workouts delivered?
All workouts are available in the FeelFab x Everfit App with video demos, tracking, messaging, and reminders.
6. Can I combine multiple coaching options?
Yes! You can pair online coaching with nutrition support, in-person sessions, or posing coaching for a fully tailored program.
7. What if I have an injury or medical condition?
I’ll design a safe, effective program that works around your limitations, just let me know during your intake or consultation.
8. How do check-ins and accountability work?
Weekly or bi-weekly 1:1 calls and unlimited messaging keep you on track, with progress reviews and adjustments as needed.
9. Can I cancel or pause my online coaching subscription?
Yes! You can pause or cancel at any time, contact me to make adjustments to your plan or billing.
10. How quickly will I see results and what should I expect?
Results vary, but most clients notice increased strength, confidence, and better habits within 2–4 weeks. Sustainable progress builds over months with consistent effort.
